Salary: $70,000–$123,000

What you will do

• Produce custom pitch decks and marketing proposals for C-level audiences from ideation to delivery.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Events, Legal, and Account Management teams to align on business goals.
• Conduct company-specific research to inform presentation content and competitive positioning.
• Interpret financial and market data to create clear and accurate client-facing materials.
• Maintain deep knowledge of product offerings to tailor communications for diverse client needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York City and able to work on-site 5 days per week.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, presentation design, or research.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial research tools like PitchBook or DealBook.
• Familiarity with capital markets, IPOs, or financial services.
• Background in marketing research or data visualization.
• Design skills in Photoshop.
