What you will do

• Maintain corporate entity compliance and good standing across the US and Canada.
• Monitor intellectual property and manage cease-and-desist workflows.
• Investigate consumer escalations and lead compliance training initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to identify and resolve user friction and compliance risks.
• Lead compliance audits and monitor key risk areas across operations.
• Implement AI and low-code tools to automate manual legal processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an academically rigorous program.
• Proven track record of resourcefulness and project ownership.
• Interest in leveraging AI and technology to optimize legal workflows.
