Lead Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including retailers and consumers.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify business problems, mitigate risks, and validate solutions through customer and market research.
• Define use cases, features, requirements, and acceptance criteria to articulate desired product functionality.
• Establish an iterative release schedule in partnership with dependent teams to deliver value on time.
• Analyze the performance of product features and communicate timelines, blockers, and successes to organization leadership.
• Align designers and engineering teams to deliver exceptional customer experience products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software Product Management.
• Experience owning and managing a direct-to-consumer marketplace.
• Proven ability to optimize traffic, conversion, and revenue across a D2C marketplace.
• Must be based in the continental United States.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present effectively to various audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with customer journey mapping and CMS.
• Background in mobile and web-based product development.
• Experience with risk products or working within the FinTech industry.
