What you will do

  • Lead the discovery, launch, and iteration of agent-facing tooling and workflows.
  • Drive bottom-of-funnel conversion and agent efficiency using an AI-first approach to automation.
  • Partner with Design and Engineering to deliver intuitive and high-quality internal user experiences.
  • Utilize Looker and BigQuery to size opportunities, set test metrics, and validate outcomes.
  • Translate customer and agent insights into product decisions via research and usability tests.
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap that balances business needs with design and performance excellence.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States (priority states: AZ, CO, DC, IL, MD, TX, VA).
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically with agent-facing products or Sales & Operations enablement.
  • Hands-on data fluency with tools like Looker and BigQuery.
  • Technical familiarity with AI/ML systems and API integrations.
  • Strong ability to write clear specifications and drive alignment among stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
