TL;DR

Product Manager (Fintech): Coordinating Back Office Administration and User Management product suites with an accent on account opening and onboarding solutions. Focus on evolving custom solutions into scalable products and aligning roadmaps with business strategy and regulatory requirements.

Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No sponsorship).

What you will do

  • Define and drive product strategy for account opening and onboarding solutions.
  • Coordinate Back Office Administration and User Management product suites, including partner integrations.
  • Manage products across all lifecycle phases and oversee vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with research, design, and engineering to improve product quality and usability.
  • Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are fully incorporated into the product.
  • Build product business cases using industry expertise, research, and financial knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in financial services, banking, or fintech.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies across all phases of the product lifecycle.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and evolving custom solutions into scalable products.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
  • Fluent written and oral English communication.
