What you will do

• Perform high-volume data entry of sample information into internal systems with high accuracy.
• Review and verify incoming documentation for completeness.
• Process customer orders and prepare shipping paperwork, including UPS and FedEx labels.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical records for samples and inventory.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams regarding order status.
• Support inventory tracking and barcode entry within the LIMS/database system.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience in data entry and administrative support.
• Ability to coordinate shipping and receiving operations.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Hopkinton, MA.
