Salary: $69,400 – $158,000 per year

What you will do

• Define product vision and strategic roadmaps for data, analytics, and software delivery initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution and guide cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable backlogs and measurable KPIs.
• Guide the development of scalable analytics ecosystems, BI platforms, and workflow optimizations.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, executive communications, and governance processes.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner, Program Manager, or Project Manager for data and analytics delivery teams.
• Proven track record of managing product roadmaps and leading cross-functional Agile teams.
• Experience with SQL-based data environments and cloud platforms, specifically Azure (Synapse, Data Factory, Azure SQL).
• Proficiency with collaboration and BI tools: Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government Public Trust determination.
• Required: HS diploma or GED.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting VA systems or other federal IT programs.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Agile certifications such as CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or PMP.
• Experience with CRM, telephony systems, and workforce management platforms.
• Experience with data governance, cataloging, and security.
