What you will do

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams as servant leader, remove impediments, and promote collaboration.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to align priorities and track delivery.
• Identify risks and dependencies, escalating for resolution.
• Develop user stories, process flows, and collect product data.
• Support requirements gathering and iterative feature delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Experience running Agile ceremonies

• Experience with FHIR terminology
