Location: Canada (Remote). Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and successfully obtain and maintain a Reliability security clearance from the Government of Canada.

What you will do
- Define product vision and strategic direction aligned with company objectives and customer needs.
- Build and maintain detailed development roadmaps and high-level plans for executives and customers.
- Gather input from customers, stakeholders, and market research to shape priorities.
- Prioritize backlog features balancing user value, effort, time to market, and differentiation.
- Track product performance, run trials and MVPs, and conduct market/competitor research.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, support, and leadership; engage customers for feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in Product Management overseeing product development lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban).
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
- Highly effective cross-functional collaboration, writing, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience with Aha! Product Management software.
- Familiarity with software engineering concepts (APIs, databases, cloud).
- Experience with Call Center software (ACD, IVR, AI bots).
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools for product workflows.
