What you will do

• Provide technical and management advice on HSE aspects to line management and site personnel.
• Develop and execute HSE plans and policies ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with standards.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Manage safety training programs and promote a safety-first culture among employees and subcontractors.
• Monitor HSE performance using key metrics and provide detailed reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participating employer).
• Strong background as an HSE professional in industrial construction, maintenance, and turnarounds.
• Experience in senior positions within major contractor organizations or operators.
• Proven experience leading HSE teams across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of process safety theory and application.
• Certifications such as COSS, COHS, or CHST are desired.
