Location: Erlanger, Kentucky, USA. Willingness for occasional travel to support in-person PI Planning workshops is required.

Salary: $166,400 - $249,600

What you will do

• Plan, prepare, and facilitate critical SAFe events: PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, PO Sync, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
• Partner with Product Management and System Architecture to align technical roadmaps, architectural runway, and capacity.
• Maintain program transparency via Program Boards and resolve systemic impediments to protect commitments.
• Drive the ROAM (Resolved, Owned, Accepted, Mitigated) risk management framework at the program level.
• Establish and monitor dashboards tracking PI Predictability and flow signals for stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners on Lean-Agile practices and self-management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Mandatory current SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe RTE, SPC, SSM/SASM, or Leading SAFe).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile delivery.
• 2+ years of explicit experience facilitating at the program level.
• High proficiency with Jira Align or Azure DevOps.
• Flexibility to support global cadence events across varying time zones.
