Location: Remote (Must be based in Japan)

What you will do

  • Lead enterprise sales strategy and revenue growth initiatives across the Japan market.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing enterprise sales team based in Japan.
  • Own regional sales targets, including ACV growth, strategic account expansion, and pipeline development.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic customers and partners.
  • Personally manage a select group of strategic enterprise accounts within Japan.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to support complex opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of successful enterprise software sales experience (complex technical SaaS).
  • 5+ years of sales leadership and people management experience leading enterprise teams.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets within the Japanese market.
  • Business-level fluency in Japanese (spoken and written).
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Ability to travel domestically within Japan and internationally as required.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling optimization, analytics, AI, or decision intelligence solutions.
  • Existing relationships in manufacturing, automotive, logistics, or financial sectors in Japan.
  • Experience working with channel partners, system integrators, or consulting organizations.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and Power BI.
