What you will do
- Manage end-to-end marketing, defining brand identity across ads, website, and candidate experience.
- Build and operate a consistent content engine across blogs, social media, and PR.
- Collaborate with the paid acquisition team to scale existing high-performing channels.
- Explore and execute growth strategies across previously untapped marketing channels.
Requirements
- Experience owning marketing for a company with $5-30m ARR.
- Proficiency in both brand building and growth marketing.
- Proven track record of building a content engine from scratch.
- Growth mindset centered on measurement, systems thinking, and experimentation.
- AI-native approach, including comfort with tools like Lovable.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or other fast-growth industries.
