What you will do

  • Drive revenue generation from the existing customer base via expansion, cross-sell, and upsell initiatives.
  • Execute growth marketing strategies focused on customer engagement, retention, and advocacy.
  • Develop multi-channel lifecycle campaigns across email, webinars, and digital channels to drive product adoption.
  • Support enterprise marketing through account-based marketing (ABM) programs and tailored campaigns for priority accounts.
  • Lead marketing activities to support customer migrations and the integration of acquired customer bases.
  • Analyze customer behavior and usage data to optimize engagement and report on revenue-linked KPIs.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer lifecycle, retention, or growth marketing within B2B SaaS.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and customer analytics tools.
  • Experience designing and running ABM programs for enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to translate product capabilities into compelling customer value propositions.
  • Strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset for owning revenue-linked KPIs.
  • Must be based in London for hybrid work.

  • Experience supporting customer migrations or the integration of acquired customer bases.
