What you will do
- Drive revenue generation from the existing customer base via expansion, cross-sell, and upsell initiatives.
- Execute growth marketing strategies focused on customer engagement, retention, and advocacy.
- Develop multi-channel lifecycle campaigns across email, webinars, and digital channels to drive product adoption.
- Support enterprise marketing through account-based marketing (ABM) programs and tailored campaigns for priority accounts.
- Lead marketing activities to support customer migrations and the integration of acquired customer bases.
- Analyze customer behavior and usage data to optimize engagement and report on revenue-linked KPIs.
Requirements
- Experience in customer lifecycle, retention, or growth marketing within B2B SaaS.
- Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and customer analytics tools.
- Experience designing and running ABM programs for enterprise accounts.
- Ability to translate product capabilities into compelling customer value propositions.
- Strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset for owning revenue-linked KPIs.
- Must be based in London for hybrid work.
