What you will do
- Own end-to-end channel expansion by researching, launching, and iterating across affiliates, direct mail, and emerging ad networks.
- Shape the innovative channel roadmap and strategically prioritize high-potential investment opportunities.
- Pioneer the use of AI agents to accelerate testing, automate workflows, and unlock new marketing capabilities.
- Design and execute rigorous experiments based on hypotheses and full-funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS).
- Collaborate with product, data, and creative teams to build the infrastructure required for channel success.
- Translate complex data into strategic recommendations that influence company resource allocation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing across multiple channels.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Strong quantitative analytical ability working with full-funnel metrics and data storytelling.
- Ability to structure complex problems and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders (MBB consulting background preferred).
- Experience or strong interest in applying AI tools and agents as a strategic marketing capability.
- Ownership mentality and ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
