What you will do

• Perform board repair and maintenance, including replacing components as small as 0201.
• Maintain and control onsite component inventory.
• Coordinate factory repairs with board manufacturers and obtain quotes for spare parts.
• Repair various types of test sockets, including BGA, QFP, and QFM.
• Prepare hardware for shipping in collaboration with the shipping and receiving team.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve test hardware issues and improve the Test Floor environment.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience in board-level repairs.
• Associate Degree in Engineering Technology from a vocational school or two-year program.
• Proficiency with soldering/de-soldering stations, Hot Air work stations, and Exhaust Vent Control stations.
• Strong skills in small component handling and identification.
• Eligibility to access export-controlled information as defined under applicable U.S. law.
