What you will do

• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose and repair manufacturing equipment.
• Execute equipment setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance using technical documentation.
• Monitor and analyze performance data to improve tool reliability and availability.
• Partner with engineering teams to conduct experiments and implement tool configuration changes.
• Collaborate with construction teams during factory ramps to ensure proper tool installation and qualification.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and cleanroom procedural standards.

Requirements

• HS/GED with 1+ year technical certification/trade school OR 2+ years hands-on experience (including military).
• Associate degree in a STEM field related to semiconductor manufacturing.
• Must be able to work on-site in New Mexico.
• Willingness to work compressed 12-hour shifts (including night shift options).
• Not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment wearing full PPE and lift up to 25 lbs.

Nice to have

• Experience maintaining semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
