What you will do

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and remove gaming machines, signs, and controllers.
• Perform routine maintenance and respond to emergency customer calls.
• Conduct pre-site surveys and manage parts inventory accuracy.
• Provide technical support and documentation to customers.
• Report on service trends and challenges using field management tools.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism while self-directing day-to-day tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Ability to obtain a gaming license as required by local jurisdictions.
• Willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory (regional/national travel up to 30%).
• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience as a slot technician or in field service of technical products.
• Experience with electronics, mechanics, and diagnostics.
