Salary: $63,800 - $87,560 per year

What you will do

• Troubleshoot, service, install, and repair Trace, X-Ray, CT X-Ray, and Cargo Inspection equipment.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and respond to emergency service calls within established time goals.
• Maintain accurate field service logs, documentation, and repair parts inventory.
• Provide technical training to customers and support other service professionals.
• Collaborate with senior FSTs and Product Managers to stay current on technical trends.
• Ensure compliance with company health, safety, environmental, and US export control regulations.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or Trade Certification in electrical, electronic, or mechanical fields.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical/electronic systems.
• Must pass a federal background investigation for SSI access and TSA vetting.
• Ability to lift/carry 80 lbs and maintain full body mobility.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn specialized software.
• Willingness to travel at short notice and work overtime or non-standard hours.
