What you will do

• Lead value discovery and KPI mapping to connect platform solutions to measurable economic outcomes.
• Architect sophisticated multi-channel customer journeys across email, mobile, SMS, and digital wallets for enterprise brands.
• Own the ROI narrative by leading executive business reviews that demonstrate clear financial impact.
• Drive retention and expansion by becoming a strategic growth partner for high-profile accounts.
• Facilitate strategic workshops to help customers define North Star metrics and accelerate digital outcomes.
• Develop scalable playbooks and AI-powered tools to elevate global consulting quality.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, digital agencies, or marketing leadership (e.g., CRM Director, CX Lead).
• Expertise in designing complex multi-channel engagement strategies across three or more channels.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior marketing executives.
• Strong data-driven storytelling and strategic workshop facilitation skills.
• Fluency in English required.
• Must be based in the UK.
