What you will do
- Lead implementation of search strategy: campaign architecture, market prioritisation, launch sequencing, and multi-market roll-outs.
- Define and own KPIs, dashboards for performance, budget pacing, and ROI; ensure accurate reporting.
- Scale campaigns: handle localisation, audience strategies, feeds, landing pages, and creative testing.
- Set governance, access controls, automation guardrails, and change processes for ad accounts.
- Design test & learn frameworks to identify growth levers and share insights with teams.
- Line-manage Performance Marketing Executive; collaborate with accounts, analytics, creative, and commercial stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven track record (5+ years) scaling paid search at enterprise scale in multi-market environments.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), Microsoft Ads, feeds, large account structures.
- Strong automated bidding, experimentation, commercial forecasting, ROAS/CPA management for multi-million budgets.
- Leadership and stakeholder management; experience managing teams and international markets with localisation needs.
- End-to-end delivery of paid search programmes; GA4, Google Tag Manager, attribution, incrementality testing.
- B2B lead generation or large e-commerce experience; ad account governance and platform migrations.
