What you will do

• Oversee the daily implementation, management, and optimization of programmatic campaign activity to meet client KPIs.
• Design and execute programmatic strategies tailored to client objectives, whether branding or ROI-focused.
• Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for future activity.
• Manage client relationships through regular calls, briefings, and performance presentations.
• Collaborate with the Programmatic Account Director and Global Operations Centre to ensure operational excellence.
• Support the training and development of junior team members while monitoring workloads and deadlines.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK is mandatory.
• Proven experience in programmatic activation and campaign management.
• Proficiency in DSPs including DV360, TTD, and Amazon.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle large data sets and identify trends.
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with a focus on in-office collaboration.
