What you will do

• Manage and develop a portfolio of endocrinology and metabolism journals in line with business strategy.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Editors-in-Chief, Editorial Board Members, and society partners.
• Identify and implement strategies to increase journal submissions, visibility, reputation, and citations.
• Collaborate with editorial, production, marketing, and operational teams to ensure journal success.
• Track journal performance and peer review data to optimize workflows and growth.
• Represent the company at conferences and support content promotion through blogs and social media.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a scientific discipline.
• Understanding of publishing business models including subscription, hybrid, and open access.
• Knowledge of the academic publishing process.
• Strong communication, influencing, and organizational skills.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Milan or London.
