What you will do

• Provide day-to-day project management oversight for FSP engagements, coordinating multiple deliverables and timelines.
• Own project planning, resourcing forecasts, and risk management, driving mitigation in coordination with Project Leads.
• Act as the primary contact for client stakeholders, leading governance meetings and producing metrics-driven reporting.
• Ensure delivery adheres to SOPs, quality standards, and contractual frameworks (MSA/SOW).
• Manage budgets and financial KPIs, including invoicing and revenue projections for moderate complexity projects.
• Participate in or lead RFIs/RFPs and bid defenses in collaboration with the proposals team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project coordination or project management.
• Expert knowledge of scientific principles and concepts.
• Proficiency with MS Office and intermediate Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot Tables).
• Must be remotely based within the UK.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, 21 CFR Part 11, FDA, and GCP requirements.
