What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of budgets, proposals, and RFIs for clinical studies from content development to finalization.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop key strategies and unique selling messages for proposals.
• Create accurate and competitive study budgets using costing tools and manage internal approvals with senior management.
• Support the Business Development team by translating proposed strategies into robust bid defense presentations.
• Manage the process of obtaining vendor pricing and managing vendor CDAs.
• Maintain and manage bid data within Salesforce CRM for future metric analysis.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in life science, business, or a related field.
• Must be based in the UK, Poland, Serbia, Spain, Netherlands, Italy, Hungary, France, or Belgium.
• Previous experience in Proposal Writing and Budget Development within Clinical Research.
• Fluent English proficiency (verbal, written, and spoken).
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Clinical research degree or a higher degree in life science.
• Previous experience working specifically within a Clinical Research Organisation (CRO).
• Ability to translate complex research and metrics into client-friendly text.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
