TL;DR

Junior Project Manager (Internal Initiatives): Coordinating bid processes, sales enablement, and operational support for the FT Locations consulting division with an accent on proposal accuracy, pipeline management, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on streamlining internal processes, managing proposal documentation, and supporting consulting engagements to ensure high-quality delivery.

Location: Must be based in Belfast, UK (Hybrid model: 50% onsite required).

What you will do

  • Coordinate proposal development, bid preparation, and submission processes for consulting projects.
  • Maintain and update proposal assets, templates, and standard content.
  • Manage internal CRM systems and support weekly pipeline reviews and reporting.
  • Coordinate supplier and partner onboarding through internal procurement systems.
  • Provide project coordination and research support for selected consulting engagements.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from Belfast, UK.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting or editing proposal content.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) or economic development sectors.
  • Familiarity with procurement or vendor management systems.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and pipeline reporting tools.
  • Previous project management or coordination experience.
  • Exposure to consulting or professional services environments.
