What you will do
- Lead and execute global HR projects from planning through post-implementation review.
- Define project scope, resource requirements, budgets, and timelines to ensure efficient delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between HR teams and business stakeholders.
- Design and implement communication and change management strategies to drive initiative adoption.
- Analyze and implement continuous process improvements within HR to enhance service quality.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports and governance materials.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR project management or HR Operations.
- Proven track record in managing global or cross-functional projects.
- Experience in process engineering, process mapping, and delivering measurable improvements.
- Understanding of HR systems, specifically Workday, and global employment/data privacy considerations.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to balance competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Nice to have
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Certification in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Proficiency in process visualization software like Visio.
