What you will do

  • Lead and execute global HR projects from planning through post-implementation review.
  • Define project scope, resource requirements, budgets, and timelines to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between HR teams and business stakeholders.
  • Design and implement communication and change management strategies to drive initiative adoption.
  • Analyze and implement continuous process improvements within HR to enhance service quality.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports and governance materials.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR project management or HR Operations.
  • Proven track record in managing global or cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in process engineering, process mapping, and delivering measurable improvements.
  • Understanding of HR systems, specifically Workday, and global employment/data privacy considerations.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to balance competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
  • Certification in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Proficiency in process visualization software like Visio.
