What you will do

• Partner with clients to define content requirements across video, digital, and print formats.
• Coordinate multiple simultaneous projects, managing timelines and stakeholder expectations.
• Review production stages to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and quality before delivery.
• Maintain project data in studio management systems to ensure team visibility.
• Support production workflows for eCommerce and point-of-sale materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in English is essential.
• Professional proficiency in Italian is a strong advantage.
• Must be based in Milan or able to work from the local office.
• Experience in a communications or marketing agency environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Familiarity with project management or studio management platforms.
• Basic proficiency with Gen AI tools and curiosity about AI-assisted workflows.

• Background in marketing, communications, or a related field.
