What you will do

• Review and report on tax adherence arrangements across the Retail business.
• Provide assurance that operational and product tax obligations are understood and followed.
• Identify, track, and manage tax risks and issues.
• Contribute to governance processes, documentation, and action tracking.
• Perform tax control assessments, including evidence gathering and documentation.
• Develop and deliver tax-related guidance and training.

Requirements

• Interest in tax, risk, or governance within financial services.
• Ability to interpret and work with data to support decision making.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to explain complex information simply.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, organized approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Cardiff, UK
