What you will do

• Manage External Fund Manager (EFM) oversight, including daily mailbox targets and breach/incident management.
• Analyze monthly attestation returns, KPI reports, and MI to identify trends and implement fixes.
• Lead the service review program for EFMs and the Lead Custodian, including agendas and outputs.
• Maintain standard operating models and lead annual SLA and Attestation reviews.
• Support the annual due diligence process and risk-assess responses to Operational Due Diligence Questionnaires.
• Maintain industry awareness and monitor regulatory developments for impact on the fund.

Requirements

• IMC/IOC or equivalent certification.
• End-to-end knowledge of fund management processes, from order generation to trading and custody.
• Experience with Due Diligence for Fund Management companies or comparable suppliers.
• Familiarity with fund structures, related regulations, and awareness of COLL.
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to communicate effectively with C-Suite and senior investment professionals.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a Front Office role servicing Portfolio Managers.
• Demonstrable use of Microsoft Copilot.
• CFA Level 1.
