What you will do
- Meet business objectives including volume, price, mix, and EBIT with a focus on sales targets.
- Operationalize PBU strategy and develop specific customer and market action plans.
- Build and mentor regional sales directors and fleet organization teams.
- Establish relationships with top-tier clients and industry stakeholders to drive retention.
- Collaborate with global product, marketing, and digital teams to align go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor actions, and regulatory factors across the region.
Requirements
- 15+ years of senior sales leadership experience in the Latin America region.
- Deep understanding of the automotive industry and multi-country business operations.
- Proven track record in building high-performance teams and delivering financial results.
- English fluency required; additional languages are a strong plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
