Location: Based in the Latin America region with frequent travel required.

What you will do

  • Meet business objectives including volume, price, mix, and EBIT with a focus on sales targets.
  • Operationalize PBU strategy and develop specific customer and market action plans.
  • Build and mentor regional sales directors and fleet organization teams.
  • Establish relationships with top-tier clients and industry stakeholders to drive retention.
  • Collaborate with global product, marketing, and digital teams to align go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor actions, and regulatory factors across the region.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of senior sales leadership experience in the Latin America region.
  • Deep understanding of the automotive industry and multi-country business operations.
  • Proven track record in building high-performance teams and delivering financial results.
  • English fluency required; additional languages are a strong plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
