What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to support performance and collaboration
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategy for Brazil aligned with regional priorities
  • Own and grow enterprise customer relationships, including global brands
  • Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and close
  • Forecast accurately, manage pipeline, and deliver revenue targets
  • Partner with Customer Success, Agency, Partnerships, and Product teams for retention
  • Represent the company at industry events and executive meetings

Requirements

  • Fluent Portuguese and English
  • Strong experience leading enterprise sales in SaaS, adtech, digital media, or martech
  • Experience managing high-performing sales teams in growth businesses
  • Track record closing complex enterprise deals with senior stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising, media buying, performance marketing
  • Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on selling
  • Comfortable traveling within the region
