What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to support performance and collaboration
- Define and execute go-to-market strategy for Brazil aligned with regional priorities
- Own and grow enterprise customer relationships, including global brands
- Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and close
- Forecast accurately, manage pipeline, and deliver revenue targets
- Partner with Customer Success, Agency, Partnerships, and Product teams for retention
- Represent the company at industry events and executive meetings
Requirements
- Fluent Portuguese and English
- Strong experience leading enterprise sales in SaaS, adtech, digital media, or martech
- Experience managing high-performing sales teams in growth businesses
- Track record closing complex enterprise deals with senior stakeholders
- Deep understanding of digital advertising, media buying, performance marketing
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on selling
- Comfortable traveling within the region
