What you will do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with strategic focus areas like sustainable mobility and electrification.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers including OEMs and Tier1 stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends in e-mobility, hydrogen, and software-defined vehicles to translate them into business opportunities.
• Define compelling value propositions and integrated solutions across engineering and testing services.
• Manage the commercial pipeline and ensure efficient opportunity qualification and conversion.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or Automotive Engineering.
• Recent graduate or professional with initial experience.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Strong analytical mindset with a clear commercial orientation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in Mexico City with availability for travel within Mexico.
