Business Development Associate (SaaS): Proactively prospect outbound opportunities and acquire new customers for VDR in Brazil with an accent on building relationships with stakeholders and closing deals. Location: Based in the São Paulo area
Compensation: R$171,520 - R$214,400

What you will do
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and influencers in Brazil
- Deliver sales targets through new customer acquisition
- Build and manage sales pipeline with strategic accounts in Brazil
- Contribute to sales and marketing strategy execution for Brazil
- Arrange M&A Community events to enhance visibility
- Deliver product presentations, structure, negotiate, and close deals
- Share customer insights and feedback with product teams
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Inside Sales for revenue growth
Requirements
- 1-2 years in full 360 closing role in B2B or professional services
- Experience in high-velocity sales and engaging decision-makers
- Track record of managing pipelines and closing deals
- Exceptional business communication for pitches and client discovery
- Fluency in English (B2 minimum)
