TL;DR

Business Development Associate (SaaS): Proactively prospect outbound opportunities and acquire new customers for hirify.global VDR in Brazil with an accent on building relationships with stakeholders and closing deals. Focus on managing sales pipelines, engaging decision-makers in Finance and Banking sectors, and executing sales and marketing strategy.

Location: Based in the São Paulo area

Compensation: R$171,520 - R$214,400

Global B2B SaaS product company providing secure Virtual Data Room for transactions and Board platform for leadership collaboration.

What you will do

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and influencers in Brazil
  • Deliver sales targets through new customer acquisition
  • Build and manage sales pipeline with strategic accounts in Brazil
  • Contribute to sales and marketing strategy execution for Brazil
  • Arrange M&A Community events to enhance visibility
  • Deliver product presentations, structure, negotiate, and close deals
  • Share customer insights and feedback with product teams
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Inside Sales for revenue growth

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in full 360 closing role in B2B or professional services
  • Experience in high-velocity sales and engaging decision-makers
  • Track record of managing pipelines and closing deals
  • Exceptional business communication for pitches and client discovery
  • Fluency in English (B2 minimum)
