Location: Hybrid in Cariacica and Vila Velha, Brazil

What you will do

  • Manage and expand strategic key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead large-scale, long-cycle commercial negotiations to secure margins aligned with corporate strategy.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to identify growth opportunities in new markets.
  • Conduct market and competition analysis to propose innovation and commercial differentiation.
  • Act as the primary liaison between strategic clients and internal technical and support areas.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level professionals to contribute to internal talent development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Marketing.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in complex B2B sales or strategic account management.
  • Proven track record of leading high-value negotiations in large or multinational companies.
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas (O&G) sector is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to define commercial policies, pricing strategies, and go-to-market models.

Nice to have

  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Commercial Management, Strategy, or related areas.
