What you will do
- Manage and expand strategic key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead large-scale, long-cycle commercial negotiations to secure margins aligned with corporate strategy.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to identify growth opportunities in new markets.
- Conduct market and competition analysis to propose innovation and commercial differentiation.
- Act as the primary liaison between strategic clients and internal technical and support areas.
- Mentor junior and mid-level professionals to contribute to internal talent development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Marketing.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in complex B2B sales or strategic account management.
- Proven track record of leading high-value negotiations in large or multinational companies.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas (O&G) sector is strongly preferred.
- Ability to define commercial policies, pricing strategies, and go-to-market models.
Nice to have
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Commercial Management, Strategy, or related areas.
