What you will do

• Plan, lead, and implement strategic advisory projects for life sciences clients.
• Conduct business requirements research through interviews and workshops.
• Drive process optimization and develop strategic roadmaps.
• Manage Project Management Office (PMO) activities and solution design.
• Implement change management (OCM) and system validation.
• Handle internal budget and SOW management while contributing to business development.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in the life sciences industry.
• Must be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
• Solid understanding of the drug development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to lead teams and take accountability for high-yield deliverables.

Nice to have

• Expertise in clinical systems (eTMF, CTMS).
• Expertise in regulatory systems (RIM, IDMP).
• Experience with safety reporting or quality systems (QMS, CAPA).
• Knowledge of global R&D submission processes.
