What you will do

• Manage project capabilities and proposal development by providing relevant research and identifying information gaps.
• Structure vaguely defined problems, scope problem-solving approaches, and manage execution.
• Manage communication to secure timely and appropriate input.
• Structure and review deliverables to ensure quality standards.
• Capture key takeaways from client and stakeholder discussions.
• Prepare project deliverables for senior review in a timely manner.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech arena (industry or life sciences consulting).
• Ability to work in a demanding, matrixed client environment and build strong business partnerships.
• Understanding of healthcare market dynamics in major markets (US, EU5, Japan).
• Experience working with commercial leaders in New Product Planning (NPP), marketing, commercial analytics, and/or sales functions.
• Demonstrated ability to think and plan strategically and communicate business impact.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
