What you will do
- Define and manage pricing architecture across resort tiers, seasons, and group types.
- Build yield management capabilities to flex pricing based on demand, lead time, and competition.
- Analyze performance trends in margin, conversion, and revenue to identify growth opportunities.
- Design and execute pricing experiments in collaboration with Product and Tech teams.
- Monitor competitive pricing intelligence to inform strategic positioning.
- Own the promotional calendar and execute pricing strategies for peak and off-peak trading periods.
Requirements
- Experience in revenue management, pricing, or commercial analytics within travel, OTA, or hospitality.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with deep understanding of P&L mechanics and unit economics.
- Self-sufficient in data extraction, modeling, and presentation without dedicated analyst support.
- Strong attention to detail with an experimentation-first mindset.
- Clear, opinionated communication skills for presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Bristol, UK.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with SQL (BigQuery), Google Sheets, and Looker Studio.
- Experience with statistical methods for experiment design and price elasticity modeling.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted analytical workflows.
