TL;DR

Location: Hybrid; requiring in-office attendance at Worcester or Winchester twice a week with frequent travel across the UK

What you will do

  • Execute the partner strategy to achieve revenue targets for both new and existing business.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to align partner growth with the development roadmap.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with value-added partners to maximize revenue.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation point for partner issues.
  • Monitor and report on third-party revenue performance.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in an insurance company, broker, or SaaS software house.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of personal and commercial lines insurance.
  • Proven track record in commercial negotiations exceeding £250K.
  • Experience in relationship or sales management roles.
  • Full valid driving licence is required for frequent travel across the UK.
  • Ability to present and communicate effectively up to Board level.
