What you will do

• Develop and execute partner channel strategy for verticals such as financial services, banks, and benefits providers.
• Source, recruit, and onboard new Tier 1 Enterprise partners to secure commercially valuable relationships.
• Scale and enable existing partnerships through trusted, senior-level relationship management.
• Create joint go-to-market initiatives, campaigns, and events to deepen engagement.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Business Development teams to design propositions and enablement materials.
• Manage the full partner pipeline in CRM and lead strategic quarterly business reviews.

Requirements

• Proven track record of sourcing, winning, and onboarding new strategic partners.
• Experience managing multi-year senior partnerships with a strong commercial mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for influencing diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM and partner engagement/marketing tools.
• Disciplined approach to pipeline management, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London, UK.
