TL;DR

Senior Ecosystem Growth Manager (Web3): Driving the discovery, engagement, and adoption of the XRP Ledger across the Europe ecosystem with an accent on tokenized assets, stablecoin payments, and trade finance. Focus on building strategic partnerships with startups and VCs, guiding founders to mainnet deployment, and navigating European regulatory landscapes.

Location: Hybrid (Europe). Requires in-office collaboration 10+ days per month.

What you will do

  • Execute XRPL growth strategy adapted to local regulatory and market conditions in Europe.
  • Source, evaluate, and support high-quality startups and developers building on XRPL.
  • Manage strategic relationships with VCs, accelerators, and fintech service providers.
  • Structure and negotiate partnership agreements and incentive initiatives.
  • Guide startups from early-stage ideation through to successful mainnet deployment.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and their impact on digital asset adoption.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in venture capital, fintech growth, or ecosystem partnerships.
  • Proven track record in deal structuring and execution with early-stage teams.
  • Deep understanding of European financial markets, regional regulations, and business culture.
  • Fluency in Web3, DeFi protocols, and tokenization trends.
  • Technical understanding sufficient to conduct feasibility assessments with infrastructure teams.
  • Strong metrics fluency, including funnel optimization and partnership benchmarking.
