What you will do

• Own product roadmaps for Innovation Solutions aligned with broader service strategies.
• Translate customer needs and competitive insights into differentiated, repeatable service offerings.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from concept through launch, adoption, and optimization.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop positioning, messaging, and sales enablement tools.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Agentic AI, ERP modernization, and low-code platforms.
• Partner with Service Delivery and Engineering to ensure operational viability and scalability.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in Product Management, Service Design, or Productized Services.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong understanding of ERP ecosystems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Workday) or ServiceNow platforms.
• Proven ability to translate emerging technologies like AI and automation into sellable offers.
• Experience building and scaling enterprise software or services offerings.
• Ability to work effectively in matrixed, cross-functional environments.

• Background in professional services, managed services, or enterprise consulting.
