What you will do

• Shape product direction at company level, owning hardest product questions and driving resolutions.
• Define multi-year vision for converged workspace and AI for work, making it clear to all stakeholders.
• Build prototypes to validate strategy and make arguments concrete.
• Synthesize data, customer escalations, usage trends, and market signals into coherent product insights.
• Set standards for PM function by inventing faster workflows adopted company-wide.
• Advise executives on strategy, bets, investments, and represent product vision externally.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years in product management with record of company-shaping scope in high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Deep experience owning ambiguous, high-stakes product decisions.
• Exceptional synthesis of competing inputs, customer signals, business, and technical constraints.
• Demonstrated building and evangelizing trusted product vision across engineering, design, leadership.
• History of elevating PM craft around you; fluent in company-level metrics.
• Deep command of AI tooling for PRDs, prototypes, QA, research synthesis; familiarity with Claude Code, Cursor, Figma AI.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication for complex arguments.
