What you will do

• Define and lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with customer needs and business goals.
• Drive AI-first innovations to simplify workflows, enhance decision-making, and improve outcomes.
• Manage execution with engineering and cross-functional teams using Agile/SAFe methodologies.
• Monitor KPIs on performance, engagement, and growth via analytics and experimentation.
• Conduct customer discovery, gather insights, and validate opportunities through stakeholder engagement.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing product teams while ensuring governance and compliance.

Requirements

• 10+ years product management experience, including 5+ years leading teams in SaaS
• Proven success with AI/ML-powered features like generative AI or automation
• Strong product strategy, roadmap, customer discovery, and Agile/SAFe expertise
• Analytics, A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven decision-making
• Experience in regulated environments with governance, risk, and security
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder influence skills
