What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to target customers and prospects.
  • Manage credit relationships, including renewals, financial analysis, and compliance monitoring.
  • Issue and negotiate proposals for new relationships and cross-selling opportunities across all bank services.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients across all financial services to resolve operational issues.
  • Train junior loan officers and engage in community activities to enhance the bank's image.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years’ experience in a commercial lending environment (or 11-13 years equivalent).
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial lending practices, loan documentation, and servicing requirements.
  • Advanced understanding of credit underwriting, documentation, loan policy, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis including ratio and trend analysis and projections.
  • Thorough knowledge of Wealth Management and Treasury Services products.
