Area Sales Manager

TL;DR

Area Sales Manager (Auto Finance): Increase funded deals by identifying, onboarding, and managing dealer partners in your local region with an accent on consultative sales and relationship building. Focus on presenting products to dealership management, following up on leads, and training dealers on funding processes.

Location: Knoxville, TN | Remote. Candidates must be based in the US and comfortable travelling up to 75% of the time visiting auto dealers.

Salary: $60,000 - $125,000 per year (base + commissions)

What you will do

• Present company products and services to dealership management in person.
• Identify sales prospects, contact accounts, and follow up on leads and referrals.
• Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with independent and franchise dealers.
• Maintain constant communication with dealer partners on programs via phone or in person.
• Train dealers on hirify.global processes and documentation for fast contract funding.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US with High School diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
• 1-2 years experience in challenging sales role with proven track record.
• Strong knowledge of automotive, finance, and sales; experience in financial services or car dealerships preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite; strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques.
• Comfortable travelling up to 75% of the time; able to work independently and in a team.
