What you will do

• Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps for AI-powered products and features.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Translate business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and technical requirements.
• Develop LLM applications, AI agents, automation tools, recommendation systems, and data intelligence products.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify product opportunities.
• Monitor product performance and operational metrics to drive continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in AI, SaaS, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI workflows.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams in agile development environments.
• Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
