What you will do

• Act as a primary liaison between independent agencies and hirify.global to develop strategic programs.
• Formulate and execute quarterly and annual go-to-market strategies aligned with global sales objectives.
• Negotiate and execute agency partnership agreements.
• Lead educational training sessions to promote best practices for using the platform.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to drive account-level planning and advertiser growth.
• Serve as a senior industry thought leader and spokesperson for the company.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in advertising sales and agency relationship management.
• Deep familiarity with the independent agency ecosystem and established relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Proven ability to build and cultivate relationships at the C-Suite and VP level.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a tenacious approach to solving complex product and client challenges.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be based in New York City for onsite work.
