Salary: $140,000 – $190,000 (OTE)

What you will do

• Build the sourcing function from the ground up, establishing strategy, processes, and tooling.
• Lead executive sourcing for VP and senior leadership roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Field Engineering.
• Partner with GTM recruiters to build pipelines and map markets for high-volume roles.
• Develop market intelligence on target companies, compensation benchmarks, and competitive dynamics.
• Implement sourcing playbooks, outreach sequences, and reporting dashboards using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and ATS.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executives and hiring managers on search strategy and calibration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sourcing experience at high-growth technology companies.
• 3+ years in a lead or senior sourcing role with ownership of strategy and process.
• Proven track record of leading executive-level sourcing for VP and C-1 roles.
• Strong experience sourcing GTM talent across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem (or similar CRM), Boolean, and X-ray search.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco.

• Experience at developer tools, AI, or B2B SaaS companies in hyper-growth phases.
• Prior experience as the first sourcing hire or leader at an early-stage startup.
• Existing network of GTM and executive talent in the developer ecosystem.
