TL;DR
Senior Talent Sourcer (AI): Establishing and leading the sourcing function to attract top-tier executive and GTM talent for a Gen AI code review platform with an accent on executive search and sourcing operationalization. Focus on building high-quality pipelines for VP/C-1 roles, mapping the developer ecosystem, and designing the overall sourcing strategy from scratch.
Location: Hybrid in San Francisco
Salary: $140,000 – $190,000 (OTE)

What you will do
- Build the sourcing function from the ground up, establishing strategy, processes, and tooling.
- Lead executive sourcing for VP and senior leadership roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Field Engineering.
- Partner with GTM recruiters to build pipelines and map markets for high-volume roles.
- Develop market intelligence on target companies, compensation benchmarks, and competitive dynamics.
- Implement sourcing playbooks, outreach sequences, and reporting dashboards using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and ATS.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executives and hiring managers on search strategy and calibration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sourcing experience at high-growth technology companies.
- 3+ years in a lead or senior sourcing role with ownership of strategy and process.
- Proven track record of leading executive-level sourcing for VP and C-1 roles.
- Strong experience sourcing GTM talent across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem (or similar CRM), Boolean, and X-ray search.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco.
Nice to have
- Experience at developer tools, AI, or B2B SaaS companies in hyper-growth phases.
- Prior experience as the first sourcing hire or leader at an early-stage startup.
- Existing network of GTM and executive talent in the developer ecosystem.
