What you will do

• Provide proactive and consultative end-to-end support to employees and managers across the EMEA employee lifecycle and local compliance.
• Act as a subject-matter expert for the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of Workday, including configuration and testing.
• Contribute to the design and delivery of new People Team programs, supporting change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify and drive automation opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with regional and global partners to ensure consistent HR practices and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in People Operations.
• Strong expertise in Workday or similar HRIS systems.
• Knowledge of European labor laws is highly desirable.
• Must be based in the EMEA region.
• Analytical thinking and a drive for continuous improvement.
